But if you go into it expecting something that will make you laugh, roll your eyes, and wonder how on earth the author came up with this stuff "this stuff" often times being quite brilliant , then this is the book for you. Note: Ryan Hunter, if you're reading this, I've been using a staple remover that literally looks like a scaly green alligator for the past ten years.

He uses psychology and neuroscience to explain that what we think makes us happy is, oftentimes, completely wrong. Iyengar, a psycho-economist, debunks the idea that the more choices you have, the better decisions you make.
In fact, she says, when you give people 10 or more options, they tend to make poorer decisions in areas like healthcare and investing.
